Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how we work in Greater Houston.
Do you offer emergency plumbing in Houston?
Yes. We prioritize urgent calls (active leaks, sewer backups, and no hot water) and schedule as quickly as routes allow. For emergencies, call 832-629-3592 so we can dispatch the nearest technician.
What areas do you serve?
Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, and surrounding communities throughout Southeast Texas.
How do you price jobs?
After we diagnose the issue, we explain recommended options and pricing before work begins. You’ll know what to expect for labor, materials, and any permits required in your municipality.
Tank vs. tankless water heaters: which is better in Texas?
Both can perform well. Tank units are often lower upfront cost; tankless provides endless hot water and can save energy when sized correctly. We assess your usage, gas or electric service, and venting to recommend a fit for your home.
My drains keep backing up. Do I need a camera inspection?
Recurring stoppages can signal bellied lines, root intrusion, or partial collapse, which is common in older Houston neighborhoods. A camera inspection shows exactly what’s happening underground so we aren’t guessing.
Are you licensed and insured?
We operate with the appropriate state and local licensing for plumbing work and carry liability coverage for your protection.
Will you protect my floors and walls?
Our crews use drop cloths and shoe covers and clean the work area when finished. If drywall or tile access is required for a repair, we discuss the approach beforehand.
